You are BLAZORQ, and you screwed up.
"I tire of war. I want to be a farmer, but I need hands for that. I wish for arms."
And so HAZZARD created this challenge. Finish it, and you will be granted exactly what you asked for: more weapons!
Maybe if you do really well, HAZZARD will show up. That way you can give him a thrashing for granting the wish you asked for and not the wish you meant for.

THE FEATUERS OF BLAZORQ
TANK CONTROLS:
BLAZORQ controls like a tank. That's because BLAZORQ is a tank.
SAVE BUTTONS:
This game saves via in game interactable buttons.
ARMS:
Powerful items called Arms change the way you play. Ignore them at your own cost.
PEREMENT UPGRADES:
Including generic stuff like maxhp and armor, to more unusual things like energy converters and homing bullets.
PRESISTANT LEVELS:
Level giving you trouble? Just leave; nothing will be lost, the level will remember how things were. Also, the game has been set such that nearly every level can be easily exited. (Unless noted otherwise)
DIE REPEDITLY:
In this game, death is of little consequence. But, of course, game difficulty has been adjusted accordingly...

LIGHT AND SOUND WARNING!
This game has flashing lights. If you are photosensitive and/or get seizures, stay away from this game.
Also, this game gets loud and hasn't got a volume slider. The recommended computer volume is 40% to 35% maximum. Do not set it higher.

INEXPLICABLE WARNING!
This game can not be closed while it's window is minimized.
It is an issue with the version of GameMaker I used (GameMaker v8.0 Pro) interacting with modern systems.
Because the issue is with the game making system it's self, I can't fix it.
It's just the way it is. I just thought you should know.

Install instructions
Download it, make a folder for it, and then stuff it into your mygames folder (or make your own).
Make sure the blazork game exe and the blazorksave save files are in the same folder. if you do not and try to load the game, it may not work.
Note that, If you are going to record the game, make sure to use only the programs that you need, because the game tens to run high on memory.

The uploading of this game marks the biggest project I've done, as well as the last game I'm making in the old GameMaker engine.
Using it was fun, and through using it I've learned much, but it's time to move on.
When I started working on Vivy's Tower, I didn't know how the program worked. (The version of GameMaker I was working with was so old that no guides for it existed online, only the e-manual it came with.) I made that game to learn the program.
So, what ever game making program I move to next, I'll make another Vivy's Tower.
I have scoured BLAZORQ multiple times for as many errors, mistakes, and bad bugs as I could, then went through it all again, just to be really sure. So unless someone finds a catastrophic error that makes the game unbeatable, this game will not be receiving any updates.
